Back To The Future Monopoly Board Game

And it ain't looking good.I've been collecting Monopoly boards for years, and despite the famous licence, this is the blandest of them all. They only had the rights to the BTTF branding, not the likeness of any characters, so the art design on the board and cards is very sparse and extremely boring to look at. The locations are "inspired by" some of the more boring places seen in the movie while others (Eastwood Ravine, Biff's Pleasure Palace, Hill Valley Square - which also could have doubled as the board itself) are left out.Quality control isn't even on the agenda either. Since moving from Parker Brothers to the Hasbro/Winning Moves line I've noticed a huge decrease in the quality of the gaming components. When I started out amassing these Monopoly sets I would import the Parker Brothers Collector's Editions from America which were more professionally put together, but the UK line feels like cheap tat in comparison.For the price point I expect a lot better. Even the plastic box interiors were a bit smashed when I opened it up for the first time.I think it's time to stop collecting these, unless I can get my hands on the older US imports or until Hasbro clean up their act. Since I don't see that happening any time soon I might have to move on to another board game.

I got this monopoly game for Christmas, wanted a special one rather than a normal one. The is and excellent board game and fun to play. Its got quotes from the movie when you get the Past or Future cards. It is definitely recommended if your a Back to the Future fan. The yellow pulltontion case is beautiful and elegant which is the game more of the feel enjoy it. It got excellent pieces the deloran car, hover board, the clock Eienstien the dog and can never get board. Its been well decorated and not over the top.. Well worth it buying, o can guarantee it, you won't be disappointed mark my words. A**** rated.

Bought this as a silly present for my other half as I had no idea what to get him. It's just like normally monopoly just you by back to the future property's and plutonium bars. it still goes on for hours like normal monopoly. It's great as a novelty if you don't already own monopoly not sure it's worth buying if you already have a game.

Played at my university household, we love it. It's just like a classic Monopoly, so something to consider if you already have a board, you don't need it. Wish the quotes alternated on the money and that the houses were something different, however, it's really just a good game. Board and pieces were well made.

This special Back to the Future Monopoly boardgame is awsome!There was a little problem with a missing piece, Marty's shoe was missing while Einstein the dog was doubley inclosed. As soon as we mentioned this to seller 24/7Direct, they immediatly responded and resolved the problem by making sure a replacement 'Marty's shoe' was send to make this collector's edition was complete and perfect! We are happy customers!

This is great for any BTTF and monopoly fan! of course you are going to get arguments on who wants to play as the delorean time machine. It follows the same rules as normal monopoly but just with the BTTF theme, fun for any fan of the franchise.

Brilliant game, got it for my mum for her birthday as she's a huge BttF fan. Only thing which kind of let it down was that it had rods and cases, except they still kept them as houses and hotels, should've changed them and I think that would've made the game better.
