Unused as it wasn't the right charger for my fitbit
I have no qualms with the quality, speed of delivery etc. I ordered the wrong charger for my Fitbit so this one hasn't been used. Sorry can't comment on how good it is because of that, but I have no reason to doubt that had I had the Fitbit Alta it would have done the job.

Unfortunately it was the wrong fit for my fit bit but it arrived on time and is very good value for money

This did not fit my Fitbit Alta and MUST only be used with current not exceeding 1A.
I cannot use the charger because the pins are in the wrong position to charge my fit-bit (they run vertically rather than horizontally). I could not see this until I opened the packet. I am not aware that there has been a change to the Fitbit Alta design but if you wish to purchase please check this first. A small set of instructions are included which state "For better protection of your bracelet 1. Please use the computer USB side charge. 2. Do not use fast charger (such as QC2.0, QC3.0 charger) 3. Use a single voltage 5V, current less than a 1A charger. "The device looks suitable for charging from a computer USB, for example but the cable is very short (30cm total). Several other reviews here suggest that people have inadvertently used the wrong kind of charger, with a higher current, and have ruined their fitbit device as a result, so be careful.

It works but it does not have the reset button
It works but it does not have the reset button. That is needed every so often when the fitbit goes a little crazy and needs to be told to behave itself.

Attention au placement des picots de chargement
The media could not be loaded. Pour charger ma montre alta.Mais attention à l achat car certain chargeurs n ont pas les picots de chargement au même endroits. Bien vérifier sur les photos avant l achat.Je me suis trompée au 1er achat ne pensant pas qu il y avait différents chargeurs pour une même montre.
