was delivered in a thin plastic bag with a thin single wrap of bubble wrap that left the ends exposed. not appropriate for a high-value and delicate data centre drive!Update:The drive has been fairly well soak-tested and appears ok. The 5 year WD warranty is registered ok. Will update once loaded with data.Update2:So far this has performed brilliantly. runs a little hotter than exos drives but performs well
