MISSHA Magic Cushion Foundation No.21 Light Beige for Bright Skin - Flawless Coverage, Dewy Finish, Easy Application for All Skin Types

As someone who has very, very pale skin, I was a bit iffy about buying this product when there wasn't that many shades. But when I saw that it was said to be for people with pale skin, I took my chance. I have very oily skin and have many acne scars so coverage is something that is the most important factor for me when buying a foundation. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I received and opened my package as I instantly knew that it was far too dark for my skin. Still, I decided to put it on and can contest that it has good coverage and doesn't feel heavy or cakey on the skin nor does it leave behind the appearance of massive pores. I left it on for two hours side by side with the foundation i currently use and it hadn't gotten oily nor did i have to top up as it hadn't broken apart on the oily parts of my skin. I was hoping to find more shades but came up short as if I had found a lighter shade i would have bought it. Would definitely think abt buying again if lighter shades were made available. TL;DR: good coverage, not cakey looking or heavy on face, hid my large pores but the shade was far too dark for me and to the bottom of my make up bag never to be used again it goes. Edit: I decided to give this another chance and oh how much of a fool i was the first time putting it on. Instead of layering it on, i put a small layer on and it was a LOT paler the second time, though it was still just that bit too dark (blending it into my neck got rid of this problem.) As for longevity, this is the best foundation i have ever used. i have very, very oily skin AND i work as a trainee in a hair salon so that means i get sweaty and very flushed within the first three hours. However, i used this product and i checked it repeatedly through out the day and i only had to top up ONCE (around my chin area and upper lip but that’s a given and i didn’t even really need too but i just wanted to make it look fresher.) This was at 1:30 and i had done blow dries and everything. I also used no primer and very little powder and the makeup looked so fantastic by the end of the day (at 5:10 pm) that i went home and even kept it on for a bit because it still looked amazing! And it was so easy topping up as there wasn’t hassle of getting out a beauty blender and a tube of foundation AND a mirror! And it felt so natural on my face! I also have such a bad habit of putting my hands on my face to cool myself down as i get very flushed very easily, and when i did it with my makeup i was SO horrified because i was so convinced that i had just taken half of it off or left hand prints. But when i went to check, there was no foundation on my hands and nothing had been smudged on my cheeks! I had so many people compliment me (even had one person ask me if she’d seen me before... lol) and i NEVER wear make up to work solely because i hated the hassle of keeping it fresh throughout the day and ignoring how heavy it would become; but not anymore! The makeup never once felt heavy or cakey and it was so easy to apply in the morning! i’m taking this foundation and never letting it get away from me or hide at the bottom of my bag! Though i would still love it if it was that bit paler - just a teeny tiny bit? really and truly a fantastic product and i felt so much more confident wearing it!

SHADE: I was sceptical at first because of the limited choice of shades (I am quite pale, more into cool/neutral shades) so im often disappointed with yellow shades. I went for the first/lightest shade and I am quite surprised with how well it looks on my skin. I wouldn’t say it’s a cool shade but definitely not warm either. It’s hard to say and the photos won’t show properly either. It however melts on the skin and i would say it adapts to the skin tone a bit (unless i perfectly matched the shade). COVERAGE: This product gives low to medium coverage but it’s buildable so it’s easy to top up another layer without any extra heaviness. It goes well over any scars/discolouration/acne however it would not cover it completely. It’s a smooth, not heavy finish, not matt either. USAGE: It is my first time using a product of this type but i am very surprised by it. I really like how easy it is to use, very practical, not messy and great for keeping in your handbag (travelling as well). You just dab on the sponge/cushion and spread over the face. You need very little product first but you can add more as needed. OVERALL: definitely recommend it once you figure out your shade. I think it’s a quality product, not drying, not heavy on the skin and the brand itself is great.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Is good. Just colour is not what I expected. I bought natural, but too dark for me.

Easy to apply, natural finish, and great value for money. Covers redness and evens skin tone nicely without feeling heavy, and the built-in SPF50+ is a bonus. Overall a solid everyday cushion foundation.

It is a really good product, but unfortunately, it isn't very suited to oily skin. The coverage is medium, really good, looks natural and your face literally looks like it was facetuned. It looks smooth and beautiful. But for me, as soon as my skin gets oily, the magic is over. It gathers on my fine lines, transfers so much my face fells like a foundation stamp. The only way it doesnt get this bad is if I set it with translucid powder, but then the skin looks heavier and the easy to transport all in one make up (that was what I was looking for) loses its purpose. It really is a great product, but since it's an ansian foundation, it's more suited for dry or combination skin. My latin oily skin didn't do really well at all. I'm still gonna use it until it's finished, but I don't think I'll buy one again.

Good medium coverage- very light and smooth. A tiny bit goes a long way. I only needed to dub it once for my entire face. Quick and easy ✨ the results are of a very natural skin, semi dewy which gives it an extra look of healthy young glowing skin.

Couldn't believe when I opened it that the sponge has almost nothing on it. You might as well get an empty makeup bottle and use the scraps, it's about the same amount of product.

This is my second time ordering MISSHA cushion (this specific one) because I loved it too much! The first time I ordered it from YesStyle and it was more expensive than listed here and it took ages to arrive too which is not convenient. It is indeed a real product. I have compared both by side and see no difference. I bought shade 23 and it suits me perfectly. I love how it has good coverage yet it looks natural, not cakey and feels lightweight. It is really easy to apply it and it stays quite long on the skin. I have oily skin and it suits me well! It becomes a bit shiny after application so I need to go over with a powder because my skin is oily. Be careful when you apply it for the first time because people, including me, tend to push too hard on the cushion and get too much product on the applicator and therefore applying too much product and it will look cakey. When you use it for the fist 5 times ish, all you need is to slightly tap on the cushion and you will get enough product! It also lasted a pretty long time. Last time I got mine was in June

Edit: I'm sorry I was hasty to judge this product without giving it time! The mirror was infact covered by a protective layer. The coverage is alright but you can layer it. It doesn't feel like I have clay on my face like most foundations! I love this product and I will be using it for more years to come for everyday make up. It brightens my skin and doesn't oxidize at the end of the day. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I used a beauty blender instead of the ugly sponge they provided. It was a game changer!!!!! The mirror is blurred I thought I gotta peel some protective layer that's why it has some scratch on it. It's not my colour (unfortunately). I thought it would give me a dewy look but it shows a matte finish and my face is itching. :((( I wish I can return this thing or get a refund!!!!

Veramente un ottimo prodotto estremamente pratico e con competenza a parer mio modulabile. Ottima la texture di facile applicazione e sfumabilità.

Ich hatte dieselbe Farbnummer gewählt wie bei meiner heiß geliebten Misha BB Creme (Nr. 23), weil diese perfekt für meine kleinen Rötungen war. Aber ich suchte etwas für unterwegs mit Spiegel und klein sollte es sein, deshalb diese Wahl. Im ersten Moment war ich erschrocken und auch verärgert, weil der Farbton nun so garnicht übereinstimmt (die BB Creme Nr. 23 hat einen deutlichen graugrünen Touch, den die Cushion überhaupt nicht bietet). Aaaber, tatsächlich deckt sie die Rötungen (um die Nase zB.) genauso gut ab, wenn nicht sogar besser. Sie ist sehr leicht, trotzdem gut und unauffällig deckend, die Deckkraft lässt sich aber, falls gewünscht, durch erneutes Auftragen verstärken, und bleibt trotzdem absolut unauffällig und unsichtbar. Das Schwämmchen nimmt nur wenig auf, ideal weil ich ja nur wenig brauche, und es dadurch perfekt verblendet werden kann (nicht streichen, nur tupfen). Super ist auch die Haltbarkeit, selbst bei höheren Temperaturen, es verschmiert nix, fällt nicht auf, hält und passt sich an. Notfalls einfach und unauffällig nachzubessern. Ich nutze es nicht im ganzen Gesicht, tatsächlich nur für die geröteten Partien, und es funktioniert! Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und werde bei der Cushion bleiben. Auch weil ich die BB Creme nur partienweise brauchte, und da ist dieses Schwammprodukt doch deutlich praktischer. Allerdings ist der LSF nmM völlig uninteressant, weil um diesen tatsächlich zu erreichen müsste man das Produkt dick auftragen (etwa 1.5 - 2ml fürs ganze Gesicht), und das ist nicht sinnvoll. Und sicher auch nicht mehr schön. Ich denke da sollte man besser bei einer Tages- oder Sonnencreme mit LSF bleiben, und dann, nach einziehen von dieser, dieses verschönernde und kaschierende Produkt nutzen. Mir gefällt es sehr gut und ich werde es sicher nachkaufen. 🌻

Andando incontro alla stagione calda mi serviva un fondotinta che avesse un fattore di protezione alto ma che allo stesso tempo fosse idratante e coprente e che lo potessi portare comodamente con me. Ho deciso di orientarmi su un cushion spinta dalla curiosità di provarne almeno uno e così sperando di andare più a colpo sicuro ho scelto quello di Missha. Consigliato per: – Chi è alla ricerca di un prodotto ad alta coprenza; – Coloro che cercano di uniformare un tono della pelle non uniforme; – Coloro che desiderano un effetto rinfrescante e idratante, anche dopo i ritocchi. Non pensavo che un prodotto avrebbe potuto colpirmi così velocemente, invece sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita già dalla prima applicazione. Coprenza: già con una sola passata è molto alta, la spugnetta di cui è dotata la confezione stende perfettamente il fondo, basta premere nel cuscinetto imbevuto e poi picchiettare sul viso per stendere il prodotto. Il risultato sulla mia pelle è effetto pelle di porcellana, unificato e luminoso. La colorazione che ho scelto è la numero 21. Idratazione: Appena applicato si nota subito che non è un prodotto adatto a pelli miste/grasse, lascia la pelle idratata e morbida senza seccarla o segnarla anche dopo diverse ore che lo si indossa. Tenuta: ottima, resiste tranquillamente tutta la giornata anche su di me che tocco spesso il viso, sia da sola che fissata con la cipria. Alla sera, al momento dello struccaggio mi stupisco sempre di quanto prodotto trovi sui dischetti, a prova del fatto che è davvero a lunga tenuta. SPF: fattore molto importate infatti, perchè parliamo di una protezione molto alta 50+ che in estate fa sempre comodo. Packaging : Punto meno rilevante lo so, ma anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte! Trovo che il packaging, in plastica bianca e argento, sia molto elegante e raffinato, carino e comodo da portare con sé in borsa. Lo specchio all’interno è sufficientemente grande per i ritocchi al volo, inoltre il materiale sembra abbastanza resistente da sopravvivere a qualche urto.
