I was in a lot of constant pain, I was fatigued and felt generally miserable. The prescribed medication was doing nothing for the gastritis symptoms and I was starting to get weekly ibs flare ups, inspite of being on the fodmap food elimination diet. I was desperate and did a lot of research on various probiotics. Symprove came out on top every time. The expense really put me off but I was starting to get really desperate, so I ordered one bottle.I won’t lie, I found the taste foul (think overindulging with too many Bacardi Breezers on a night out of your youth - yuck!), but the results have been amazing!! I have been symptom free since I started taking this. I have had more energy, I have been hungry and looking forward to my meals again, I’ve not had the acid reflux and heartburn after meals and apart from a bit of wind, no ibs symptoms! As I only weigh 50kgs, I have only take a 50ml dose. I have set the oven timer and only eaten breakfast after ten minutes so one bottle has lasted ten doses. I have read other reviews where people have found one bottle to be effective in resetting their gut. I will try a second bottle and then take a break and see what happens. For now, I feel better than I have for over four months now. Once the flare up started I could not eat, I just felt sick.I had seen private doctors, nutritionists- who prescribed me "good bacteria" tablets to take, but I always felt worse when I took them, but than I came across an article in the paper for symprove & thought why not, I have noting to loose.It's the best decision I made... I feel great, I have energy, no more bloating and actually feeling hungry, I took one bottle as a "test" and it worked, I have now ordered the 12 week course.
