I have an ongoing issue with my liver especially when my diet is not perfect. So basically I can fluctuate from eating extremely well for long time to going and eating extremely bad for shorter periods of time. I will probably come back to it later when I don't have any issues and use it as a liver detox support not when there is something more acute.There is 120 tablets and two to be taken daily. I find them quite big and harder to swallow as they stick to the back of my tongue because they are not coated.Ingredients list is quite long and there are many liver supporting herbal and root extracts as well as vitamins and minerals.

These seem okay and certainly I haven't suffered any side effects. The content is reasonable. These are quite large but they aren't that difficult to swallow.

The pills are easy to swallow with no discernable taste or aftertaste. The bottle is sturdy and full to the top. The screw top lid and the inside seal are both easy to open. An excellent product.

It is difficult to surmise the personal improvements these supplements are having to my liver function and support, but I figure they cannot be doing any harm and something to support normal liver function and metabolism of fat will only help me in the long term.
