Sukrin defatted Coconut Flour 400 g

I had seen a recipe that used coconut flour online and so ordered some. A little goes a long way. I made 8 reasonable sized cupcakes using just half a cup of coconut flour (and coconut oil, coconut milk, eggs, coconut sugar, vanilla essence and organic apple cider) and they were moist, coconutty and absolutely delicious! Even my dad liked them and he isn't usually a fan of my 'healthier' baking! And it is gluten free so my sister was happy too!

Great quality. One of the best tried so far. Really nice taste.

good quality coconut flour, proper pulverised flour and good carb ratio. however, too pricey.

This coconut flour is perfect for making Kato bread. It's a lovely fine texture and the coconut smell is there but not too overpowering like some others I've tried. It arrived ahead of time and really well packaged. It's a little more expensive than some other coconut flour around but it's worth paying that bit extra to get such great results. This is a good company to deal with and I will definitely be using them again.

No issues at all with the actual brand of coconut flour. I recently started the ketogenic diet and it was very convenient to just order this with prime. I really am not very comfortable with ordering anything edible online as I sometimes get worried about the contents but the packaging appears legit and I have had no issues.

A very good quality flour, only that i little bit pricey. But is good taste excellent. And very versatile
