Easiest way to import pics to Apple device
Fabulous card reader. Slip the camera SD card in one end, plug into for Apple phones/tablet and it automatically works like magic.Very easy to select which pictures (or all) to import .Had totally revolutionised the way I manage my pictures. Sooooo much easier than any other way of importing pictures into apple devicesI just set up month by month folders on iPad and then import away.Having pixel peeped at imported images, the quality seems to be exactly the same with no loss when compared to pictures imported by camera WiFi or wired into camera.Only down side and this is a minor nit pick is that when plugged it it displays the pics in date order oldest first. If you have thousands of pictures on the SD card you may need to wait a minute for the most recent pictures to be displayed. If you have An iPad and take lots of picture with your (real) camera do yourself a big favour and plash of the few pound for this device.***PS it downloads the pictures giving them an APPLE file name not your cameras picture name. Before u down load set up a folder (say Fuji October) and then import the pictures into that folder on your iPad. This is the best way to keep your downloads together otherwise they can get jumbled up in the huge pile of phone put tires that we all have

Excellent customer service
Having used the SD Card Reader with my iPad for just over a year it has proved to be a very handy device. Using the standard iPadOS Files app, it is very simple to open up picture and video files from the SD Card and transfer them to the iPad if necessary.A week ago, the Card Reader developed a problem and stopped working. I contacted the seller using the email provided on a label attached to the Card Reader. They replied very quickly, immediately offering to supply a replacement. The replacement arrived within a few days and the seller contacted me to ask if it was working OK etc.I'm happy to say that the replacement works very well and I was very impressed with the seller's customer service.

Very handy and convenient overall.
As a photographer, this card reader is really helpful when trying to transfer pictures to my phone. I have noticed that my phone signal plays up sometimes when I’m using it however that doesn’t bother me and never completely disappears. I have a iPhone 8 and I’ve found that it’s easier if you go to your photos app once you have plugged it in and import from there. Recently I’ve seen similar devices being sold and some are very expensive so I would say that this reader is a much better choice than spending lots of money on a product will ultimately do the same thing.

Handy little device
Received the Lightning to Camera Card Reader soon after ordering, well packaged (fit through the letter box). Using this for backing up photos on holiday to transfer photos from SD camera card to iPad. At first it all worked fine with the iPad opening the photo import window without installing any app, enabling me to transfer photos at the end of each day, but then a ‘glitch’ happened and it apparently stopped recognising the device. I contacted them straight away and immediately received a friendly, helpful reply and they posted out a replacement with no issues, straight away. (They remained in contact via email to ensure I received it and all okay.) I’m not sure why the ‘glitch’ happened but do know someone else used it on holiday (with their iPhone) and not sure if this stopped my iPad recognising the card reader. So in future to be sure, I will keep it just for the device I start with. I know it is a lot cheaper than the brand one and this does the same thing. There is a friendly person to contact if any issues, as I did and they were resolved effectively. I would buy again from them and probably worth the price to have a couple in the camera bag.

No brainer!
If you own an Apple device and you do photography with SD cards this is a great product. I was looking at the original Apple one and it’s over 25 quid so I had a go with this one as it’s way more affordable and I’m so glad I did.It works on my iPhone X and it’s super easy.Plug the SD card into the slot and pop in the lightening connector. It auto loads your photos and you select the ones you want to import it’s that easy.It imports the raw photos and then gives you option to delete them from the memory card or save them. Nice touch to save even more time. You really should have this on you camera bag it saves tons of time if your out and about and want to edit photos on the fly or your on holiday and want sort a few out for ya social media.Thanks. 😁

Just what I wanted
What I like about this gadget is it’s simplicity, great value and also the fact that it actually does work. Use exclusively for transferring immages from digital cameras with SD cards to your iPad iPhone or Mac (works fine with my iPad Pro with iOS 11.03 and an iPad mini 2 and iPhone 5). No messing around with apps. My 32 GB SD card has over 1300 immages and videos on it at the moment. Simply plug in your SD card ( micro adaptor supplied) and all the photos on the card are instantly displayed together in the pictures folder of the iPad even if your camera has filed the pictures in multiple folders on the SD card. Then simply select the pictures you want to import. There is the option to select all or delete all, also to keep or delete once downloaded. That’s it. No bells and whistles. Only thing I would have liked to have had included was an option to view a full size picture before downloading but would not mark it down on account of that for as I said, it’s simplicity is a major selling point for me.
