I have ordered this pencil for years and love it . However I used this pencil once and there was no product in the tube the next time I went to it . Its an expensive product to get one use out of it . The shape has recently changed so I'm not sure if that was the issue . I would have liked to return but I ran out of time as I was using a cheaper version to save this one .

Very happy with this eyebrow pencil, it ticks a few boxes for me...-Natural looking-matches my brows without reddish tones-good lasting powerI did find at first that the pencil dragged a little but after a couple of uses now is running smoother. Please bear in mind that this pencil is not waterproof but if you want natural looking brows this is perfect!
