How noisey is the clock, can you hear the hands ticking 20 feet from the clock?

From twenty feet away I can’t hear anything. I think you could probably hear the ticking if you listen hard. You can definitely hear the ticking when close to the clock. The wind noise from a sweep second hand is more distracting but this clock doesn’t have a sweep second hand. As a comparison, we have an old wind up clock in the next room. That clock is way louder than the LaCrosse. It also chimes. So, normal house noises like the wind outside blowing, airplanes passing, trucks going by, animal noises, people running from swamp monsters, chainsaw massacres, car crashes and explosive ordnance going off, are all louder than the clock.
