Good quality chopping board
A Good practical item for cutting up your meat on a sunday or for slicing your home made bread :)It Is a decent size chopping board at a good price... It Is Very easy to clean and looks good.It is just the right size for me, not too heavy or too big but big enough to do your chopping on.It's perfect for cutting the roast as the juices collect in the groove around the edge.Overall If you're after a good quality and good size at a reasonable price, your search is over.

Impressed
I am very impressed with this board so far. I bought 2 on spec. and am glad I did. Incredibly hard, it's going to withstand a lot of punishment. It's very easy to clean and does not appear to soak up any water at all unlike my old maple board. The 40 x 25 board is a logical size, large enough so that vegetables do not spill over the sides but not cumbersome either. If ever I need another board I will certainly buy this one. I'm only hoping that the rubber-wood is really as sustainable as I'm led to believe by online searches and that it doesn't become another palm oil fiasco; yet another thing that is mismanaged by huge corporations seemingly determined on killing the planet.

Very decent chopping board
Bought as a replacement for one we were given as a wedding present (14 years ago!) this is nicely made, sturdy without being heavy with a good polished surface and a gulley around the edge. This is a useful feature when chopping the likes of tomatoes since is catches the fluids that otherwise might be spilled over the edge of the board. Thus far it's proven durable without being easily marked by our cutting knives. Price wise I think it's decent value, and overall I'm very pleased with this.

Great Item
This chopping board is amazing. Perfect size, multifunctional use. I like the fact it is made of thick solid wood, strong and great quality. Surface is smooth with beautiful finish. Worth every penny. The only one downside is that this chopping board is missing the anti slippery bottom, silicon legs, something to stop the chopping board from moving around the worktop. Would defo recommend this item and look forward to continually using the board.

Not really thick but substantial
The board is not that thick but great for anything a home kitchen needs . it is not a meat chopping block though. the gully round the side helps in keeping liquids or juices off the table . It is made in a compiset way but I have used this for several months now and it has held up so far with no splitting or deformation.

I was disappointed with this for the price
I was disappointed with this for the price, the machining was bad in a few places with splinters and lumps missing. It was also smaller than I expected but that was my fault for not checking the dimensions properly, I still work in feet and inches. However it works as a chopping board so it gets 3*

Buy on chop chop
It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It sits in the cupboard waiting for me to chop things on it. It calls me, it beckons me, 'Come cut on me, slice on me, dice and splice on me'. So I do... bread and cake nothing is safe. No chance of getting board with this in the house.

Good value for money!
It's a very nice choppingboard for the money! It was not quite smoothed out in the corner crevices which could do with a bit of a cleaner cut and some sandpaper, and though it comes with protective coating, I would still recommend adding some more. I added a blend of oil and wax for wooden kitchen ware just in case, and it definitely soaked up some of it.So far very happy with it, looks nice, and is easy to clean. It does get marks from our new incredibly sharp knives, but the whole idea of having a wooden board is that it is softer than glass/marble and won't make the knife dull as quick, so fair enough! The colour of wood is lighter than the images suggests.
