My Daughter's loved it. She does have a problem with being consistent with her pronunciation of her password to gain entry to the diary. This doesn't detract away from the product. If anything it helps with the Secret Diary use.After a few reassurances and password changes all is good.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my Grandaughter, she was over the moon with it and uses it most days. Had a little bit of a job to set the password but made it in the end. It seems to be voice activated, it knows the owners voice.
