I started taking these about a month ago hoping they might help with my hair loss and give my hair a bit of a boost. I’ve been adding a few different things to support my hair growth, but I’ve really noticed a big difference since starting the biotin. The top of my head looks visibly thicker and my hair feels like it’s growing faster. My roots are feeling stronger and there’s definitely more volume coming through. I honestly didn’t expect to see results this quickly but this has turned out to be one of the best things I’ve bought.

I like the quality of the product

I don't tend to take many supplements and much prefer to gather vitamins and minerals through a varied diet but having read up about the many benefits of Biotin, most notably its benefits in hair and nail growth, I decided to try it out. The only supplement, other than regular multivitamins on occasion, that I have regularly taken in the past is Pantothenic Acid (B5) which I found good for skin and mood strangely enough though there is little scientific evidence showing it has any effect. Biotin has also been linked to a much broader array of benefits besides maintaining and enhancing skin and nail growth ( improved brain function, improved metabolism, lower risk of heart disease, protection against cancer), though all of these are yet to be proven, the fact that Biotin has very little if any side affects and any excess in the system is easily excreted makes it appealing to me. Benefits: Having gone through this bottle Ive found noticeable improvement with my hair as well as overall health of skin and nails. I trim my beard down and have a lot of patchy growth (one of the main reasons for first looking into biotin), though I haven't had a sudden miraculous increase in hair, I have seen a considerable difference in the thickness and rate of hair growth whilst taking Biotin. Overall I found it makes my hair look fuller healthier and more abundant, everything else continuing as is with so noticeable side affects. Seems to suit me well.
