I have used literally hundreds of screen protectors in my time, but the main gripe with them was the ease of installation.Some were quite good, and some were downright awful.To be honest I usually bought 2 or 3 packs, knowing that I am going to waste at least a couple before getting one on, either without bubbles or dust, or the edges don't stick down.So in anticipation of problems, I always bought 3 packs of 2 (Yes, I have now got a big box of screen savers built up over the years, half of which have ended up in the bin because I couldn't put them on right.I then psyched myself up for 2 days, leaving my new phone in the box and dreading the usual screen protector saga, including loosing my temper.Anyway, I sat down, read the instructions (I would advise anyone to do that with screen savers anyway) and looked at the 2 screen savers and other items in the packet.You do get two screen wipes, but I never use them as I take off the manufacturers temporary protective cover and immediately put the screen protector on, but they are there if you ever need them.Next I noticed the very nice 'smoothing card' which is usually either very small or made out of cardboard, but this one was impressive, as it was credit card size and sturdy plastic, then you also get a very good quality cleaning cloth, and some 'sticky tabs' to remove any dust, so up to now I was getting a little optimistic !Off I went, and then I noticed there were THREE tabs to remove, rather than the usual two, what was that about ?Well you firstly carefully line the screen saver up on the phone, the remove 'Tab 1' which is about an inch wide, this allows you to check the position is still OK, as you can lie the protector down without the whole of the underside being sticky, what a genius move, if it isn't correct it is so easy to reposition it.Then when you are happy, you get the card, cover it with the cloth then slowly and carefully remove 'Tab 2' making sure no air bubbles are under it, it was SO easy, it was silly !Then double check for air bubbles (use the card & cloth again IF there are any, I had none !) then remove the top 'Tab 3' to finish the job.They are lovely and crystal clear, my wife thought I hadn't put one on yet, and said, you better get the screen protector on before any dust gets on it, she couldn't detect there was a screen protector on at all, how good is that.That's it basically, I have no hesitation on saying this is THE best screen protector I have every put on, and it looks strong too, but IF it ever gets scratched I have 5 spare ones here, but what's the betting I will never us them ? :-)

This was really tricky to put on, more so it seemed than usual (as i get the job of putting on everyone's screen protectors in the family!) but it looked good when on, fit well, protected the screen and I managed to avoid the dreaded bubbles. Persevere and take your time and all should work. Would recommend.

I originally purchased an Olixar screen protector after all of the tempered glass variants were out of stock. It was significantly smaller than the XZ premium screen and very disappointing. I made a chance purchase on these whilst making a decision on the Olixar as they were super cheap... turns out they're fantastic for the price offered.Perfect fit, perfect glide and no bubbles (I didn't even watch the video, just followed the instructions). There is however a small and almost invisible horizontal line about 1cm down from the top where you peel the first part of the protector off (so 4 stars), that's slightly disappointing, but I can live with that for £3.Since I use a Sony style cover case I don't think I'll bother upgrading to tempered glass, rather just replace this one in a few months for less.

I purchased the item after previously trying another brand on my phone that didn't live up to expectations. I fitted this on Thursday and the product initially seemed quality: easy to fit and gave a clear screen (some can appear cloudy or discolour the excellent 4K HDR content).My problem is the screen protector has already started to peel and crinkle in the middle of the screen. I carry the phone in my pocket with nothing else in it. It's only been on for 2 days! Very disappointing and I guess I shall be looking again for a replacement.

The screen protector IS truly invisible. It fits to a next level standard. I personally messed up the 1st time.. with the application process but the only way to get better at it is.. to keep trying. The second attempt it fit perfectly and I mean come on guys, it's £3... £1.50 per screen protector. Don't expect miracles! This screen protector will NOT protect the phone screen from drops and impact damage. The new Sony XZ PREMIUM is gorgeous but after spending 2 full hours on the net, trying to find screen protectors and cases for it.. I came to this conclusion: tempered glass screen protectors will NOT fit the screen of the phone simply because of its curve design and finding one that doesn't replace the whole front of the phone.. without making it look like total s**t is probably impossible. Finding variety of cases for this bad boy will also be a mission, so good luck on that one. Trust me, you'll need it. Bottom line is this: The screen protector fits great and will definitely add an additional layer of protection against the annoying scratches that you usually get with time from the sand in your pockets/purses/handbags and the rest of the places that you carry your phone in. Definitely watch the video from their website on how to apply! I managed to mess my first attempt up but that's why I buy a pack of two! My only complaint would be that the yellow section was difficult to separate from the actual screen protector, it just kept lifting the whole thing up again. However once I got it sorted I now have a completely bubble free screen! The protector is quite slick to the touch but feels nice, not cheaply sticky.UPDATEso after having the screen protector on for nearly 2 months it's started to peel up on the edges which is really annoying. Going to have a look around for another protector which will last longer sadly
