This little Bass woofer has been the secret surprise of the year. Wish I had come across it sooner. on one charge it has been going for quite much longer than I expected.

Actually, I'd give it 4 1/2 stars. I got it to play directly from a micro-SD card so it forms a neat self contained unit of source/amp/speaker and it works very well. (It plays my compilation in suffle mode (afaict) and you can't control that) I always take speaker watt specs with a pinch or bucket of salt. This is almost as loud as my old portable CD player, if that's any guide. The battery lasts a long time (probably the stated 10 hours) and recharges via usb so you can extend the lenght with a usb power pack.The thing which lets it down is that when you switch it on, like an airport announcer, after a few seconds it goes "bing-bong blue tooth mode" and then (after pressing a button) it goes "bing-bong TF card mode" (TF being posh for microSD). You can'r turn it off (afaik). And after a while it gets annoying. Particularly as there's no attempt to make it any quieter than the music. But I'd still recommend it.

Initially i loved this speaker, but it is so poorly made! After a few weeks the connection for charging it fell out, its completely useless now as there is no way of powering it! There is no way of fixing it, i tried to unscrew it to re-wire the lose connections but its all roughly glued together there is no way of dismantling it and reassembling it, it might as well have been smashed together with gorilla glue. I am Really disappointed with this product.

Brilliant speaker, battery last ages.Annoyingly it announces (loudly) what input it is using with a ding dong ding noise on startup

I could have given 5 stars however the unit that I received had pathetic bluetooth reception <1mtr. Bluetooth signal used to drop easily on above 1-2Mtr and received only in one direction with my phone facing back and pointing in direction of this speaker (really).About the Unit - I was really impressed with the battery capacity, overall design and the especially of bass that comes out of the side speakers. You will need to place this speaker in an acoustically sweet spot and trust me you will be amazed by the sound!!Overall I was disappointed with the bluetooth as this was the main thing for me as I can do other stuff on the phone while playing music and sit anywhere in the room within the bluetooth range but never worked for me with this unit. I have a BOSE Soundlink and all the phones I tested are already working fine with BOSE but the same ones did not work with this device. Again it "could be" the unit I got which had the problem. Anyway I am returning the unit and purchased MONIC psyc which has similar config will post the review on product page.

Ive bought three of these good sound for the money

So far so good basically got this to use in garden and kitchen. Sound good for the money don't expect top end at this price but easy to connect and take with you

Have bought this item 3 times (let’s just say I liked the design a lot)1) The first time the item stopped working on being transported so I ordered a replacement.2)The speakers on the replacement device were very quiet (my phone played music louder)3) After returning for a second time, the final replacement arrived not working.You’re better off spending a bit more money and buying something which will last!
