My son wanted this and he loves it
My son wanted one of these and unfortunately he lives 8 hours away. Amazon never disappoints. I knew what he wanted and I had Amazon ship it for me. I know he loves it and so do I. I told him instead of one big loaf of bread, he can make small size and freeze them. The ease of using it and the size of loafs are perfect. And you definitely cannot beat the price!! I would mention the ease of removal, weight, and appearance, but it is just a loaf pan.

Good, except...
The first set of sub rolls I made with this form was a sturdy Italian bread and it did just fine. This time I made a sourdough brioche, a softer bread, and the rolls were pulled out of shape by the form giving way during the rise. If your dough is going to rise heartily, it is going to push the forms out of its way.

Know what these are to be used for, and they're awesome
Edited to add: some people have no issue but to me these suckers are very hard to get clean!Alright so these are a specialized 'pan.' They are not for liquid batters, although you can do whipped egg whites in them and it's divine. (If they are too liquid it's a bear to wash, but oh well.) They are a fabric, so you will need to put them on a baking sheet (or in a cake pan fit to size). If they are not 'in' a pan to size, potentially the shape of the mold can vary (e.g. one of my 3 'sub-like bread roll' spaces expanded on one side). I HIGHLY recommend you oil/butter these suckers before using them, not just for the nonstick element improvement, but because this is what makes the texture of your baked good so awesome. These allow air in during the baking, and result in a 'textured' feel that is really great. Now I am making a variation on PSMF bread (a grain-free keto dish) and this creates a texture that is so awesome. Totally recommend the mesh silicone style of pans, but it's important to understand that they are for a very specific baking result. If you just want a silicone mold pan you can dump scrambled egg batter in for mini-quiches or something, this would not be it.

Worked great...
This bread mold worked great! Plus I really like the size. My husband thought it was perfect size for his sandwich. Bread popped right out and I just wiped out the mold.

No more quick shop hoagies that are loaded with salt.
I make my own sandwiches at home. I use my left over meat (I cooked at home) instead of lunch meats. Much healthier and cheaper for you too.
