I was nervous because it was my first diy project. My 10-year-old and I painted her closet door. It was so easy to use. It was nice and thick, so it didn't drip easily. A little goes a long way, so there's is a lot left over after that project and one more.

At first I was wishing the came was bigger but after applying it and how nicely it went on I'm impressed. Absolutely wonderful product and exactly what I needed!!

It starts off a light black, a tiny bit gray, and then turns solid black. It covered my wooden thing I got at the Hobby store. I did 3 coats and then after it dried for 3 days I coated it in white chalk and then erased it. It works just like the old-school chalkboard at school. My daughter loves it and writes crazy things on it all the time.

It just wasn't as dark as I thought I would be. More of a dark grey. It's fine, though.

The media could not be loaded. My son is not a daycare baby. I needed to create a more educational environment for his development. I found this idea on Pinterest and sure enough went with it. It makes it a great afternoon to sit and relax and just draw random shapes, colors and number. Stay at home moms- do yourself the favor and make a wall in any room. It’s a Great idea when your busy or cooking and they need a distraction.

Thicker paint makes for a really nice application. It took only two for full coverage. Used chalk and it worked wonderfully - I just used liquid chalk pens, so we will see how that goes!

It does look like a dark gray in the beginning but it drys black. I used two coats as my walls were white. Let is dry three days before using.
