Pure Garden 10 Rectangular Patio Umbrella

The first 3 pictures show the damage, the last is the fading of the outside vs the underside of the umbrella described as “UV resistant” and “won’t fad”. I bought this umbrella the first week of May. I didn’t out it up right away as I was waiting for the weather to break. After only a couple weeks, the beautiful dark blue faded to an unappealing whitish/blue. I reached out to the company following the links through Amazon’s support page and received no response. Today I walked outside and found the umbrella broken in half at the tilt joint, beyond repair. Amazon was helpful, eventually, through their support chat. I just had to jump through the hoops of finding it and repeating myself several times to the AI chatbot, then the service rep a few more times.

The umbrella was only used a few times in just a little over 1 months time and now it won’t crank open at all. So disappointing and such trash! Don’t waste your money. I know it was inexpensive, but I at least thought it would last for 1 summer. 😞

This is a piece of crap umbrella. The lightweight crank and case that holds to rope just crumbled into pieces and had rust inside of it. It was too cheap to ever expect it to hoist a umbrella this size in the first place. DO NOT BUY this.

This arrived and immediately began having issues with the umbrella not wanting to stay open. Now it won’t open at all and the crank just spins and does nothing. Not worth buying!

My umbrella snapped right off the pole, I need a replacement!! This is ridiculous
