Worth the money
With the remote, you can turn it on and off, I have bought this to control my HyperLED (ambient lights) on my tv, they don't go off with the tv, so now I have programmed the remote to my Alexander and they work perfect.

Great for my project
I am impressed at how small this is. Equally impressed at how well it works. I've connected mine to a 12VDC power source, and the other end is connected to a small solenoid. I haven't pushed it to its limits, but it works great from 40'. This has four modes: momentary, toggle, latched, and delay, which allows me to tailor this to my needs. Very happy with it.

Worked well, easy to resolder, preset with one button for each of the chips, so both chips are controlled from both remotes individualy from start.
