Power Cap & Necklace made for Energem Ranger Dino Prop Charge No Gem is included Necklace attachment only !

This is a poorly designed offering with no instructions. One assumes in ordering the Power Cap and Necklace that it is one piece with the "power cap" attached to the necklace -- but it is not. Moreover, one receives the necklace in one shipment and the "gem" in another. When you insert the gem into the necklace attachment/receptacle -- it simply falls out. There is no way made for the gym to stay in the necklace receptacle. I wrote Starlight Studio Power to ask them what they recommended to solve this problem -- and they responded "just glue it in" -- really? POOR produce design.

Was disappointed that at the price of this thing you still have to use glue to secure the gem inside.

The gem doesnt stay in unless you glue it. My son is very disappointed and upset about it. I gave it to him for his birthday and he cries when it doesnt stay in.

My son was very excited to receive this item. As soon as he received the necklace he went to put his ranger crystal in and it doesn't stay, it falls right out. Now I am not able to return it because I am a day past return date, which is my fault for not paying attention.

Cheap. Broke on 1st day.

Poor quality. Does not stick to gem stone.

Necklace doesn't hold the Energem Ranger Dino Prop Charge too heavy for the necklace.

Cheap product. Energem doesn’t stay in. Don’t buy.
