These work fairly well with braces- be aware that softer bristles mean you may need to spend a little more time brushing to feel like you're getting everything. You will still need to use floss and a floss threader to truly do a good job flossing- the little wire/brush sticks are a must for cleaning up after eating, but not a replacement for actual flossing to get rid of buildup.
