This particular vitamin B liquid has been my go-to in the past year. Sometimes I mix it with juice or water and sometimes just use as such. The taste is like undiluted orange juice, a tad strong but not unpleasant. I assume it's working because at least I haven't been diagnosed with vitamin B deficiencies.

The media could not be loaded. B complex? Yes please! Franguly vitamin B complex is what I use for a pick-me-up in energy. I love that it has Folate in the form of calcium folinate rather than folic acid (which can be hard for some of us MTHFR people to utilize) and B12 as methylcobalamin is great too. The serving size is 15 drops. The dropper holds 8-9 drops. Some days I just go with the one dropper full and that seems to be enough. I hold it in my mouth for a good while (a minute or so). The taste is a pleasant orange flavor and the consistency is thick. It definitely affects my energy in a positive way. The quality seems good for the price. I will continue to use this product for health and energy!

Works well…I noticed very quickly that my energy level and overall feeling of well-being was considerable! Definitely a quality product. Even some of the neuropathy/numbness I’ve been feeling in my feet and lower legs has improved. My doctor suggested taking a vitamin B complex for that and for overall health. I’m very glad I chose to do so and chose a quality product! The only drawback with this product is it tastes horrible!! I got the liquid Because I have a hard time swallowing large pills and I already take enough other vitamins that I thought a liquid would be easier. There is no taking a swish or two of water or any other drink after this vitamin because the taste is so strong it takes the better part of an hour to get the taste out of your mouth. That is definitely the biggest drawback. Other than that it is an excellent product and I would definitely recommend.

I like this stuff. It's pretty decent. Tastes and smells like orange juice with the same bright color as oj! And I think my body is actually able to use it unlike other b12 I have tried in the past, it seems to make me feel good with more energy. I will keep using it and see how it makes me feel. Super easy to swallow as it's a liquid.

I would say this is definately the real deal. I notice that if I take too much I get the niacin itch and burning feeling.

I have only been taking it for a couple weeks, and I can't speak to my vitamin b levels, but I feel like it works. It tastes like orange juice. You are supposed to hold it under your tongue for at least 20 seconds before swallowing, so I disagree with people who are mixing it with water. I would guess that would yield a lower absorption rate. My enjoyment of the flavor helps to remind me to take it in the morning, first thing.The levels of certain b vitamins are very high, especially B12. But you cannot overdose on b vitamins. The change in urine color is indicative of the presence of an excess of b vitamins. In lieu of laboratory testing, I would be willing to bet the vitamins are present. I look forward to noting any long-term changes. It does seem to have a benefit of increased energy.

I was a little nervous about ordering these vitamins because of some of the reviews about the flavor, but my daughter and I both take all of our vitamins and supplements in liquid form, so I figured that a strong flavor wouldn't bother us. Boy, was I wrong!I mostly bought the vitamins for my 4 year old because B vitamins are supposed to be wonderful for alleviating the severity of many autistic issues (ie anxiety, sleep struggles, and sensory issues). Luckily for her, I try everything I buy for a week before I give her any so that I can feel if there are any side effects or if I should give her smaller than recommended doses. I also make sure they taste okay so she doesn't have a bad experience and stop taking her vitamins and supplements willingly.Suffice it to say, these drops are SO BAD that not only will I never give them to my sweet little daughter, I was only able to take 1/3 of a serving because they were that bad. There was also no way in this world that I could have held them under my tongue for 20 seconds! I gave up on them after 5 drops and drank a 16 ounce cup of water to try to wash the taste out of my mouth. The water didn't help at all, so I brushed my teeth too. I took the drops half an hour ago and can still taste them in my mouth. Ugh.Of course, they have no returns or refunds. I was really looking forward to seeing their impact on my daughter, but there's just no way I would put her through trying to take them. If I can figure out how to make them taste a little better, maybe I can try to take more of them myself for energy...Edit: I changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because the company went out of their way to contact me and offer me a refund.

I ended up not taking the pills because I hated the taste. The taste of these is really not bad and it makes it so much easier to take. Also theyre liposomal so they absorb better than regular B complex. Also seems to be very good ingredients esp if you have MTHFR gene.
