A useful idea, well executed
I have several sets of X-Connect cables of varying lengths that I use to connect to devices with micro-USB, Lightning, and USB-C connections. The connections are reliable, easily made, and allow for both charge and data transfer. I have not experienced any of the problems the 1-star reviewer claims to have experienced. Not only are the cables and connectors well made, they are convenient and save wear and tear on the device charge/data port.

Great product, slow to get to customers/backers
I have about 10 different sets of the ASAP X-Connect that I bought through Indiegogo. I think they have updated the magnetic end of the cable without the light and a stronger magnet. It works well for me. I only have 2 issues. Sometimes the weight of the cable has sometimes pulled the magnet from the device. I don't have the new light-less cable, so this may be fixed in the newer version. The second complaint is not really about the product itself. My issue is the speed of getting the new cables out to market. They have a new USB-C magnetic cable called ASAP MagX. They don't plan on starting the crowdfunding campaign until Oct 30th, 2017. I'm sure a cheaper version will be on eBay/Amazon faster than ASAP can get it to their backers.
