Delicious greens!
Getting greens into your every meal is key for optimal health, these make it easy. I like to chop them up finely to eat raw, takes out some of the bitterness. Otherwise they're great in stews and chopped finely into pasta sauces.Side note, bunny rabbits love this stuff! I always share mine with my house rabbit.

Perfect for the guinea piggle

Who else is from Texas but living in the UK right now?? This is the closest thing I could find to collard greens out here even tho it’s prepackaged still was your greens people. Perfect for greens and cornbread.

One star for being a big bag of greens.Other than that I found them to be really tough and full of thick stalk pieces. Bought 2 bags but gave one to the Guinea pigs it was so tough and they didn’t want it!
