It works perfectly, I didn't like the mouse and keyboard that accompanied the equipment and I replaced it. But no faults found

Windows 10 in the computer I bought is not recognized and I can’t activate it.
What is going on here. I bought a computer from you with Windows 10 installed. Except, it won’t install. Please contact me with the KEY numbers via my email, which you have on file.

I know this is a refurbished unit, but you would think they would atleast clean the dust out of the fans and the heatsinks. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a year or two of running.

Not as advertised
This is an older used computer for a reasonably cheap price, you get what you pay for. I bought this for a school computer for my 6 yr old. It should last a few years of light use.Pros: Physical computer is in good shape, powered on immediately and works well. Keyboard and mouse are new cheaper models as advertised.Cons: DVD player is inoperative. I ordered the 500 GB hard drive and received only 250 GB. Customer Support has not responded to my complaint.If the DVD player worked and it came with the advertised hard drive this would be 5 stars. At least deliver the computer that was advertised.
