I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these little pairing knives. I normally use shun knives, which are much more expensive, but was shocked by how good these knives were for the price. Time will tell if they hold up, but I was very happy with them using them the first time.When purchasing other cheap knives, they always feel very cheap. These knives have a clean look and the material is pretty nice.Would recommend to anyone who is looking to get good quality at a low price point.

These are very nice they are not to hefty but weightier than others. Nice size handle to grip with love that they are a little bigger and feel more substantial in your hand. It’s nice to have a straight edge and serrated. Good value for your $$$. I would expect nothing less from GZ.Beware: these are very very sharp and you have probably been using dull blades so keep your fingers tucked in.
