This is a great product that was well worth the price. What is more, it was delivered quickly and easily and when I had a bit of a problem with the order, the customer help line was fantastic and solved my questions in minutes. We bought it through EW World Furniture and we will definitely be using them again. The set is solid and the fireplace puts out a good amount of heat, but doesn't seem to heat the side areas, so no worries about damaged electronics or disks.The instructions were not very well written, and there was some confusion in them as to which face the magnetic locks should be put on, and how they should sit once in. I would suggest checking back and forth when it comes to the instructions to be sure that a step taken early on matches the needs of the final construction.Having said that, it is solid, well built and does exactly what we wanted. It also looks better than the picture makes it seem. A good eal from a company that seems to stand by the products it sells!

If I could have rated this a zero, I would have. This is by far THE WORST product I have ever tried to assemble!! Do not buy this item!! Despite the secure packing, every single piece had some sort of a scratch, ding, scuff, crack, chip. The directions are very poorly written. Typos, grammatical errors, and incorrect step ordering. I had to undo previous steps several times. I contacted the company directly and they were very nice and helpful. They sent replacement pieces. Unfortunately, that didn't help. The supplied dowels are much too small to fit into the pre-drilled dowel holes. You are instructed to glue them in, but the holes are so much larger that there is no way to glue the pieces in correctly. The amount of included tube of glue is not sufficient to glue 60+ joints. I had to purchase larger dowels from my local hardware store in order to assemble this unit. The center facial strip that sits under the fireplace snapped in half the first time. Once I received the replacement piece and screwed in the supplied screws, it cracked in both spots. The magnetic door hold assembly that was pre-attached was mounted backwards and I had to reverse them. I finally got this fully assembled only to find that one of the doors does not line up correctly and is crooked. It cannot be adjusted. I have assembled many projects and do-it-yourself pieces of furniture before. This is the worst item you will ever attempt to assemble. Save your time, money, and sanity. Do not buy this item. You have been forewarned.

This is a beautiful tv stand, but when you order it, understand this will take hours to put together! My husband and cousin took their time to do it right since there are so many pieces. I don’t like the doors on this because I thought I could display cute signs and decor on the shelves, they are hardly seen. I would much rather not have the doors

Read the reviews before buying this and am really pleased that this was the one I picked for my bedroom. Very easy to assemble by myself and perfect fit for my 55" TV. The heater works great and if I close the bedroom door it really warms up the entire room, as well as the walk in bathroom. Since I live alone, I can drop the temperature on the thermostat and just warm up the bedroom at night saving energy. I highly recommend this product.

Delivered it on my front porch, did not ring the bell, had Thundershowers coming, luckily I took it in before the rainThe fireplace was difficult, small screws with no pilot holes made it impossible. Had to drill my own pilot holes.

Cheap press board construction, terrible instructions for putting together took almost 6 hours, to many pieces, missing hardware, no holes for Dowling pins had to drill myself for certain pieces, door hardware hard to adjust to make doors close evenly, if there was a way to return I would but to heavy and cost to ship back would be outrageous. Only real positive is the fireplace and heater work as shown.

The cabinet met my expectations. There were a couple of kinks that needed to be worked out and I worked with Russ, who exceeded my expectations. He responded immediately, every time. Russ, thank you so much! As I indicated during our last exchange... next time I need to purchase something for our family room, you are my go-to!
