This product works better than the original. Taken on an empty stomach, this product works within 30 minutes to less than an hour. You must allow adequate time in bed greater than 7 hours or more. You will feel groggy throughout the day if you go to bed late and wake up early (obviously). Highly recommended by far the best product on the market

I purchased this product to help me stay asleep, or at least help me fall back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. Well it works very well, and in the morning I am not groggy.However, when I first started taking this product the instructions states to take 30 minutes before bedtime. So I did and woke up the next morning groggy and took about an hour or two to recover from the affects.I did not want to give up on the product so I experimented with the time I take the pill before bed, 1 - 2 hrs before bed is perfect for me as I wake up refresh and sleep peacefully through the night. If I do wake up I have no problems falling back to sleep and still feel fresh in the morning.Highly recommend.

I was originally taken Unisom. It worked in the beginning, but eventually the pills were hit and miss. Definitely started getting a lot of dud pills.Switched to ZZZquill and it has been lights out. The pill is easy to swallow. You won't fall asleep in 2 seconds, usually takes for about 10-15 minutes for it to kick in. I sleep through the night. You know you got a good night's sleep when you don't even get up to pee.Never have experienced stomaches or headaches after taking it.I've been dreaming a lot more which is exciting.Set your alarm, because there have been time were I have slept 11-12 hours. Be careful if you have to drive the next day, next day drowsiness is always a possibility.Overall I love this little blue pill and will continue to buy it.

So I’m a nightshift worker, work the 12 hour shift sometimes there’ll be moments where I can’t sleep so I order this product to knock me out. I know that their supposed to help you sleep but I recommend when not working to take these when i woke up for work Im not even kidding i had trouble driving cause of how sleepy i was when i woke up to go to work take caution when taking cause you’ll most likely be super tired and want to sleep more when you wake.

It works very well; the only problem is perhaps too well. I feel like I'm in a haze for hours after getting up. Maybe next time I'll try ZZZQuil without the ultra.

These pills give good sleep quality, but they taste awful.They are packed in a blister pack that defies opening. Several unfortunately cracked or crumbled while trying to get them out of the blister packaging resulting in a bad taste in my mouth.The liquid is better.
