Accurate and easy to install, just hook it to your battery and run your hot cable through the sensor. I use it on my motorcycle and it clearly shows my voltage and draw/charging status. Went a little bonkers when I drove through a downpour but started working again once it dried out. If you have any questions about your charging system get this meter!

I’m using it to monitor 12v battery, voltage is as my fluke meter +/- 50mV. My load is often around 0 to 7A, amp is as my fluke meter +/- 100mA

Only had it installed for a day now on my lawnmower to find out why my battery is always dead. Very easy to install and wire. I had to reverse the amp pickup on the battery cable, it was showing negative amps, the marking on the pickup was marked wrong. Not a big deal. It works very well. The red volt display is a little hard to read but I'm sure it wasn't designed to be used outside in bright sunlight.

Installed this on rebuilding a 40 year-old dumb car 6 amp car battery charger, the meter shows the battery voltage upon hooking it up to battery without turning on power . And voltage / amprage while charging. My new smart battery chargers will not charge a completly dead battery, this old one will put a beguining charge into them and my new smart chargers can full charge them afterword . This volt amp meter works great. This meter is a replacement for the cheap ones. I've ordered originally from Amazon .
