Q: How long of the warranty?

Q: Does the beard trimmer attachement work well and allow you to select different beard lengths?

Hi. I don't have a beard so can't really answer your question. However, in addition to the basic, unguarded trimmer, it also has two "guards" which I use to trim my sideburns and generally tidy up my hair. Hope that helps.

Q: Does the screen show the battery level?

No, there is no digital screen that shows a numeric display, the lower part of the shaver under the on/off button shows dots X3 to show state of charge. Low, Half & Full. Maybe on the more expensive shavers it shows more than a basic charge state but not on the S5. The shaver overall for this price is adequate. It does the job. I often have to use my hand shaver to clear throat hairs that the shaver has a hard time to remove if left for more than 1 day.
