Great Quality Compression
Love how tight these fit, really good compression support. I like them on the small side for max support, not loose. To me, these TR2 are not quite as compressive as the MCS or Hyoptik, but still they are much better than many others I’ve tried. They’re really comfortable.I wear them while running on a treadmill at the gym, typically 2 to 5 miles per session. I’ve noticed increased endurance since starting to wear compression pants (not just running tights)... I run faster speeds for a longer time while running as compared to not wearing compression when running.Additionally I will wear them to help with recovery after a run, or sometimes to sleep in or under my regular pants if I’m feeling sore the next day after running. At 46 years old, reduced recovery time is an important factor that helps me to run more frequently with less aches and pains. The first few times I put true compression pants on, it took me a little extra time trying to figure out how to get them all the way on because they’re so tight. Eventually I learned a few tricks to make it easier (notice I didn’t say easy). But they’re worth an extra minute to put them on, as with all good compression pants.Besides 2XU brand, I have numerous styles of compression pants including Virus, CW-X, Nike, PRS, and Compressionz. These 2XU TR2 are one of my favorites due to how much support they give. Other favs are 2XU MCS, 2XU Hyoptik, Virus CO29 and also the relatively unknown PRS brand compression pants. All of these offer really good compression support and I wear them all regularly. I don’t size up on any of these and wear a size small in all of them for max support.I’m relatively slender and have a somewhat naturally fit build, not overly muscular, but not a stick figure either... @ 5’7, 157lbs, I typically wear 30-32 pants and I’m wearing a size small in these 2XU TR2 compression pants. Some might feel they are too small. But again, I prefer much compression. You may prefer to size up a bit.

They work really well
I've run several marathons in the past year and constantly struggle with elevated heart rate and nausea. I believe it's due to blood pooling in my legs and not properly cooling down at the end. After my 20 mile run a week ago I had to elevate my legs for 15 minutes to prevent throwing up, so I did some research and wanted to try these graduated compression tights to see if they'd help. I've included some workout details to show that they helped, a lot. With nearly the same average heart rate, same weather, close to the same distance, I was able to run 1 minute and 17 seconds faster per mile. The tights also sped up my cadence due to a tighter range of motion with my legs, I think that helped with the performance as well. No nausea at the end, legs felt great after my long run.I'm 5'10" and ordered the small size. The tights are difficult to get on and off, but I think that's necessary for them to work well. It feels like the right size for me. Awesome, looking forward to my next marathon with them.

This is my second pair, the first I purchased around 10 years ago. Good quality, fit and comfort.

The fit part is crucial.
I’m 6,0 205 and the large is the size to order. And they fit great and help after training’s.

real workout tights with measured compression
Tried these because I need medical compression pants. Most athletic compression tights do not have mm rating, but these are listed as 20-23mm of compression. They are fantastic. They fit great, feel comfortable, and clearly look and feel like workout tights and made from Lycra. No need to wear something over them. I would order whatever size you normally wear for fit. I expect them last a long time.

Good buy
expensive but good compression and they look/feel nice. The ties up top are a little awkward but they do help keep the pants up nicely.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST COMPRESSION PANTS OUT THERE
Graduated compression: that's the secret to 2XU. As an ultra-marathon runner, these have been my go-to pants for cold weather runs for the past 8 years. I've tried the thermal compression, the MCS and now the core compression, and I find the "core" model the best of the bunch. They have the right amount of stretch & fit, and they provide the perfect amount of support to my muscles that keeps me running injury free in the winter months. These can be expensive when not on sale, but I keep a watchful eye out for price drops, especially in the summer, and each year I can get myself a couple of pairs around $60 each. If you're on the fence about trying these, do it. You won't be disappointed.
