Impressive Versatility and Ease of Setup
I purchased this tent to cover a Koi pond in the fall and winter. Setup was straight-forward and only took one person, though it took two people to move it into place over the large pond plants. The tie-downs are sturdy and adjustable, as are the stakes, and the large plastic skirts allow for rocks to be placed to hold it down. Arrived just in time for the falling leaves and hungry herons.

works great
less than 5 min to set up myself, would be even quicker with two people. so far it works great at keeping the hundreds of leaves that fall this time of year out of my pond.

Best Pond Cover EVER...
The media could not be loaded. Had my first EasyPro PCT810 Heavy Duty Deluxe Pond and Garden Cover Protective Tent Dome Netting for 5 years, then a male deer chased a doe right thru both sides. He tore it up like a hurricane storm. I replaced it with a very thin, cheap net. The online cheap net started coming apart upon putting together. this is the only one that will last thru storms of all kind. I usually leave the EasyPro PCT810 up from October thru March. Only buy this one as it assembles, un-assembles and re-assembles very easily time and time again. Like I said. It lasted 5 years before the deer destroyed it... There is nothing better than this, you only go downhill from here...

Really pleased so far
The tents are easy to assemble. I ordered the largest one and got it assembled myself, but asked for help positioning it over the pond. The only problem was in adding the stakes. Because the ground was uneven, when I pulled some of the stakes taut the tent flap raised off of the ground somewhat instead of remaining flat. I laid bricks on the flap to hold it down. My pond is large and has an unusual shape; one wasn't big enough to cover the entire pond. So I ordered the next size smaller one as well. That one I assembled and positioned myself. There's about a 6 x 4 foot gap between the two tents that I covered with another net. I wish there were a way to join two tents together, or a flap of netting that could extend from the top of one to another. At any rate, they have held up to strong winds and heavy downpours so far. We haven't had a snowfall yet. Overall, I'm quite pleased.Update: I've changed my initial five star rating to four stars. We had a heavy, wet snowfall last winter and it snapped some of the poles. So I can no longer use the tents. I wouldn't recommend these if you live in an area that gets heavy, wet snowfalls.

PERfect for keeping leaves and critters out of pond
I LOVE this net. We have a lot of trees surrounding our little pond. I used to scoop them out (very time-consuming) but now I just let the wind take care of them. The leaves have been falling for weeks. This morning a lot fell all at once (second picture). Those would all be in the pond now if I didn't have the netting over it. The wind (or my leaf blower) takes care of all the leaves that are on the net. Or sometimes I just grab the netting and give it a shake. The net was super easy to put together and install. It is very light-weight and comes with everything you need to affix it to the ground. My husband and I put it together in a few minutes. I like the fact that the edge is not rigid so that it conforms to whatever you have to deal with (rocks, different grading) around the perimeter of your pond. Last picture is an owl that was checking out the fish. And the raccoons haven't been back. Yay! I can feed the fish through the holes in the netting. I thought I would have to open the zipper every time, but it's not necessary. Yay, again!! As far as it holding up, we had a heavy wind a few nights ago strong enough to knock over a wheel barrow, but the netting stayed in place perfectly. I say spend the money and get this. You will be so glad that you did.

Very poor quality
The tent lasted until the first snow fall. The posts broke and leaves and snow fell into the pond. It cost me more to clean up the foliage. it is decorative but does not do the job. Not worth the price.

Well made and easy to assemble.
Great investment. We have now gone through three months of leaves falling over this pond net and it works like a charm. This is our third try at a pond net and we are so happy we finally found the EasyPro after dealing with the others that were less well made. It is perfect, sturdy, easy to put together with two peoples and we have absolutely no leaves in the pond. This makes our lives so much easier not having to have a daily cleaning of the pond. We hope to have all of our leaves down by the end of December at which time we will remove the EasyPro since we typically have snow in January and February (and no leaves) and it is not recommended for snow cover.
