Fitting your chair
After having severe back pain I was advised by my Chiropractor that the problem was probably my comfy armchair recliner and car seat. I now use the seat and lumber support in my chair and lock it in an upright position. The raised height is also beneficial. I have purchased similar for my computer chair.

Terrible quality – don’t waste your money
This is the worst cushion I've ever seen. After just two days, it completely flattened and lost its shape. I didn’t bother with a return because the seller asked me to cover the return shipping cost. I don’t recommend it at all – very poor quality.
