Not compatible with Synology DS920+
The IronWolf Pro ST16000NT01 is not compatible with Synology DS920+ even though all details are same with ST16000NE000. It is not being detected by DS920+ device. Be careful of buying this for that purpose.

glad I bought at 249.99, was decent value then, now its a rip off.
It had gotten down to $15.60 or so a TB. for a nas drive this was a decent deal. Its a nas drive, it works or it doesn't. No more noisy than the 4tb I had 20 of but to replace now its impossible at 300 bucks plus. crazy prices for computer stuff is supposed to get cheaper not more expensive. But i got no issues, as I dont run 24/7 at all. Its turn on backup and shut down. off line storage for hurricanes.

1st one fault second one amazing
First one arrived opened and faulty. Complained. Got a new one sent. Took like a month back and forward unfortunately. Amazon kindly reduced the replacement price to the sale price I originally paid. Works fine. The drive itself is fine

Pour tout garder
j'utilise ces disques dur depuis un moment sur mon NAS, cette fois ci j'ai acheté du "gros"?bon il est vendu comme un 20To, mais au final il fait 18.1To (1go fait bien 1024 octets)le premier reçu était HS au déballage, Amazon et vendeur très réactif, reçu son remplaçant, je fais mes navettes dossiers, maintenant il va falloir basculer 9To dessus, comme il est dans un tours de disque et passe par usb c ca va prendre un peut de temps.

Yet to really try but it seem like it is well package.but I am surprise to know that the manufacturer is from Thailand not USA
