I had a really frustrating experience with Poliglu. First of all, the app and your phone both need to be on, and the screen can't be locked for it to work. At that point, I might as well just use Google Translate, which is much more convenient. On top of that, there were syncing problems between the device and the app, making it even more unreliable. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone looking for a hassle-free translation solution.

First of all u need to download an app second it needs perfect internet speed Third it translates in brief not a full sentence I personally didn’t find it efficient nor practical

Realmente me resulta estupendo/It is awesome.

It arrived and seemed used/reconditioned!! There were several scratches, and it appeared that the USB had been used quite a lot. I had seen many advertisements for this on social media, and since I speak very little Spanish, I decided to buy one. First thing to know is in all the ads. It makes it look like this is an independent device to translate. However, it is nothing more than a microphone and speaker device that must be connected to your phone via Bluetooth. If I wanted to use my phone, there are plenty of great apps. The sound coming out of this device, when translating, was muffled and barely audible! It also would not correctly take my voice or translation. I believe it was faulty, but this is simply the worst product I have ever bought on Amazon. If you’ve seen the commercials for it, and you think it looks good, I think you’re going to be very disappointed. I have an upcoming trip and relied on wash I thought would be great to have in my pocket. Problem is in order for it to work properly. It would need to be connected to your phone and your phone connected to Wi-Fi. As a missionary, there is no way that this is going to be of any use. I hate to leave bad reviews but truly even if this device was not faulty I cannot imagine it would have been of much use. To the company that sold it, DO BETTER! And yes, I returned it within hours of it arriving.

It will be helpful when I travel abroad but it’s a little hard to use. Not user-friendly. It’s kind of clunky and you have to use your phone and the device I would rather not have to involve the phone. However, it’s not bad it suits the purpose.

Once I finally got this thing, set up, I realize that your phone has to be on, you have to have your Poliglu app open and be connected to a mobile net work. unfortunately, it worked sporadically for me. The sad news is, it is not returnable. I find that I can use some of the Translator apps that I already have on my phone more easily.

Al final no lo he utilizado mucho, no me ha parecido practico

Habe diese übersetzer für das Arbeit gekauft, viele Fremd Mitarbeiter vor Ort, Leider hat das geräte vollig versagt!! erstmal funktioniert es ohne die App zu installieren, zweitens, es versteht die sprach nachricht fast gar nicht, zb English. Drittens in lautem umgebung viel zu leise, viertem sehr langsam. Nie wieder nicht das geld wert, lieber google oder DeepL benutzen.

Delivery time was good, but you cannot get the translator to connect to the phone through the app, you have to download the app and all it does when you are connecting it just says connecting but stops there and does not connect even though it's connected to Bluetooth, when you get revies on the app they are all the same issues that everyone has.

Pour moi, il fonctionne bien, je l'utilise avec un Redmi note 14, l'application marche bien, j'ai ajouté plusieurs langues, prêt à l'emploi, il va être utilisé là où je travaille, sur une aire d'autoroute, utilisation simple, j'ai même pas lu la notice 👍
