Overall is very easy to assemble. Took less than 20 minutes to put together Small but sturdy. Lightweight and fits in any small space. I suggest starting out on the lowest setting because you will definitely feel the burn in your abs. Definitely get a good workout on arms, abs, butt, and legs. I bought this on sale. Amazing little machine!!

I’ve been wanting to work out my core for better posture and I got one of those little discs that you stand on and turn. It felt like it was doing absolutely nothing. So I saw this machine and ordered it. It took about 15 mins to assemble, super easy. Then I did a few sets of 10… I could feel it in my abs and arms. Then exactly 24 hours later my muscles were very sore. It’s currently 48 hours later and I’m still sore. I’m 5’8 and don’t feel the machine is too short at all. Overall this machine is easy, fast and effective and I’m so glad I bought it. Worth the price for sure.

I use to go to the gym to use this and my husband said why pay all that money to go to gym when we can get this machine it work really good you be busting sweat with this abs machine.

This machine was easy to install, however, the workout was difficult then expected. It was hard to lift myself on this machine not sure if I'm doing something right but I will keep trying. I am sure that this is a great machine after all the great reviews it has. I guess time will tell.
