Really pleased with the picture quality
Lovely sized screen and picture quality. I bought two of these for Christmas presents. It is superior to my own older digital photo frame and I may treat myself to a new one. Easy to use.

Issue resolved with Seller
Please be advised the video playback is not reliable as it doesn't support videos the codec doesn't work I've tried FLV,MKV,WMA,MPEG none of them workedIssue has been since resolved with the seller refunded.

If I could put 0 star I would!!
Spent hours setting up this frame with photos of my baby ready for Father’s Day. Gave it my partner as a present and the whole thing had shut down and I had to factory reset it. No photos on there and 2 hours wasted.Ruined my partners first Father’s Day present so thanks very much! Fuming doesn’t cut it!

Cannot get photos to show in sequence otherwise 5 star!
There is a setting to get photos to slide show in sequence but they still come on randomly. No instructions on how to get this to work.

Photo frame
Advertised as 32gb but received 16gb item. Kept it as to much hassle to sort out. It works fine no problems just disappointed not 32gb

Remote control to get used to.
Bought two of these. Both remote controls stiff to use. Also changes tv?? Overall I like it.

Good but no manual?
I have this kind of working, but was disappointed to find no manual in the box, I'm presuming that it should have one but has been missed in packing. I'm hoping someone from the company see's this and can point me in the right direction as I have searched online for one and have not been able to find one. Only found out recently as it was a present I had bought well in advance so have missed the return deadline.

Okay photo frame for the price
The photo frame works good, but be aware that there is no way to store pictures on the photo frame device itself that I have found. You have to purchase a thumb drive and load the pictures and/or media on it to view on the photo frame. So, in my opinion, since the photo frame is useless without a thumb drive or media storage device, they should have included one with the photo frame.
