I apply 6 drops directly to mouth, and leave in mouth for 4 minutes, and then rinse.

How exactly does this reminieralize teeth? It contains no fluoride ions just table salt & magnesium chloride in a solution of water with flavorings.

I try to avoid fluoride as much as possible. It's what makes toothpaste poisonous and too much fluoride makes patches on teeth. I used this remineralizing liquid and the remineralizing powder. It works for me. I used to have sensitive teeth. Now I don't. I was afraid my teeth wouldn't be as white, but I haven't noticed a difference in color.
