There are lots of products we use every day that work just fine, as-is. Always have, always will. We asked ourselves, what if we could offer a product that is demonstrably as good as a branded item, but cut out or cut down every associated cost that we didn't need. HOW DO WE ELIMINATE UNNECESSARY COSTS? Unnecessary we define as expenses that big brands have that don't go into the making and delivery of the boot. Examples are advertising, fancy boxes and labels, sales forces and shows, and retailers.
