It is an excellent PC to start streaming and more
Let me just start off by saying that I don't know much about PCs, and I was worried about taking the leap to purchase one, even after doing a couple weeks of research AND asking my hardcore PC gamer friends for advice. However, I am super impressed and so thankful that I chose this one! It is sooo worth the money! I started getting into PC gaming not too long ago, mainly playing Minecraft, and much more recently, Valorant. Both games ran like garbage on my old laptop, so I decided to upgrade - and let me tell you that this PC has not missed a BEAT! The only issues I've ever had with Valorant on this PC were due to internal issues with the game itself, not the PC. No lag AT ALL - same goes for Minecraft and a few smaller games I've played. Everything runs absolutely great! I will say I was a little worried when I opened the box up (I was hoping it hadn't gotten damaged during shipping), but it was actually packaged really nicely and came with a nice quick start guide, which was really useful for me, considering I've never set up a gaming PC before. Everything was hooked up properly internally, so it was plug and play after getting everything arranged the way I wanted on my desk, and I instantly loved the RGB lights! They're awesome! You can change the colors just by pressing a button on the top of the PC. I leave mine on the solid rainbow setting most of the time, but there are so many colors you can rotate through! The other nice thing is that it has a lot of open space inside, so I could definitely upgrade it as needed, and there's 5 cooling fans! It never gets hot (even after HOURS of playing Valorant) and is pretty quiet. The mouse and keyboard included are okay - I'm sure most pro gamers will want to upgrade, but for now, they work good for me. Coupled with my new 24" Sceptre Edgeless Curved monitor, it's a perfect match for me. If I ever need to purchase another PC in the future, I'd definitely buy one again

Great pre-built option, quality build.
Pc was packaged the most safe I think I've ever seen. Lol. I normally build my own pcs but I'm over the hassle of doing so. The premium you pay for this pre-built is well worth it. Cable management is immaculate, airflow is great. Handles any new titles with ease even at 2k. Extremely satisfied with my purchase, and I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for an entry high end rig. The only thing I'd like is a 4090, but just having the ai frame gen from Nvidia on a 4060 ti warrants the purchase, as the tech increases performance by an easy 40 percent on most titles supporting it.If you're looking for a great rig at a solid price, you've found the right option.

Misleading Advertising, Off-Brand Parts, and Poor Support Experience
I purchased a pre built PC from Skytech because they heavily advertise the use of name-brand components and trusted hardware. That’s what sold me on choosing them over building it myself — I expected transparency and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. The first issue was immediate: when the PC arrived, the 360mm AIO cooler wasn’t even plugged in. I had to wait multiple days to get help from support, then open the system up myself to fix it, not exactly the “plug-and-play” experience you’d expect from a pre built. That same cooler turned out to be from a brand called “Cooler One,” which, to be blunt, doesn’t seem to exist. There is no online presence whatsoever; no reviews, no website, no tech specs. Even one of Skytech’s own reps admitted they couldn’t find it. It’s a liquid cooling unit, and if it fails, it could cause serious damage, especially after the one-year warranty runs out.I’ve gone back and forth with their support multiple times, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite clearly explaining that my concern is about the quality and legitimacy of the part, not just that I “don’t like the brand”, the response I received was dismissive and surface-level. I was told they wouldn’t consider a replacement unless the part was actively causing problems, completely ignoring the fact that the brand doesn’t exist in any meaningful way. No reviews, no spec sheet, no presence online, even their own support rep couldn't locate it. I didn’t ask for a premium upgrade, I asked for a replacement with one of the name brands they publicly claim to use. Instead of acknowledging the misleading nature of their advertising, I was met with condescension and told that "computers are smart enough to shut down if something fails," as if that makes using an unverified liquid cooling solution acceptable. They’re clearly more concerned with minimizing cost than upholding customer trust, and that really says everything. To top it off, they also advertise interactive RGBs and fan control, but these features are locked behind a pay walled version of third-party software (a “Pro” license for their partnered app). Again, not something they make clear up front.Overall, I’m deeply disappointed. I feel misled, and I wouldn’t recommend Skytech to others who care about knowing what’s actually in their PC. There are better options if you want honesty and quality in your build.
