Having two buttons for two different openers is quite nice. Like the original remotes, this is still fairly large, but tucks out of the way on the visor anyway. The only nitpicks I have with it are that the buttons could be larger, and the DIP switches to select the security code are much more flimsy than the original (but you set them once and leave it).Update: after having used the remote for several weeks now, it quite often fails to open the door on the first button push (even when stationary directly in front of the door), and takes several pushes to get it to open.

This is the same remote my mom used in her parking garage, but the original remote to the parking garage in her building died and her management company wanted her to pay $70.00 for a replacement. Instead I purchased this one for her and she had them program it in minutes and it works great, saved a bunch of money!
