I got this pulley system for my wife so she could keep up with her physical therapy at home after some shoulder issues. She uses this type of setup in her PT office, and honestly, this one feels just as solid.It was super easy to install. I just slipped it over a door and closed it, nothing complicated. The pulley glides smoothly and quietly, and the handles are comfortable for her to grip, even on tough days. No wobbling, no adjustments needed. If the length is too long, it's easy to adjust the rope length.She uses it about ten minutes, twice a day, and it’s helped her maintain her progress between appointments. She’s already seeing better movement and less stiffness in her shoulder.If someone you care about is recovering and needs a simple tool that works well right out of the box, this one’s worth looking into. I purchased the pulley to do home exercises while rehabbing from shoulder surgery. It is the same as the one I use at the physical therapy clinic. It foots over the top of the door very securely and extremely well made. I’m able to do my exercises with no problem at all. And, I plan to continue using it once I’m “back to normal.” Highly recommend.

My Physical therapist recommended that I purchase a pair of pulleys to use at home while I recover from SLAP surgery. There work out perfect easy to place on top of door no hooks to set up you just place the top of the pulley cord on a door, close the door sit on a chair or stand and pull the cords.

There is no over the door hook. There is a small knob that fits in the door jab to suspend it. If you open the door, it falls down. Otherwise, it works like the one used at my therapist. Good value for the price .

I had rotator cuff surgery and this pulley has been instrumental in my recovery. They had one similar in physical therapy, but this one is great because you can put it on any door pretty much and a chair underneath and do your exercises. I highly recommend it in the price was half of what my physical therapist offered a pulley system for.

Very good for ongoing exercises for shoulder surgery recovery. This is just like the one I use in physical therapy. It allows me to continue the exercises at home. Very easy to use. Great price!
