Sturdy, attractive, felt is well glued down, neatly, and so large I can put a cup of coffee on the couch while I have a cat in my lap. In fact, my kitty just jumped on the couch beside it and it my coffee didn't even tip.

I’m very pleased with the how nice these Acacia Wood Coasters look. There was also enough depth to them to add a 3.94 inch x 0.16 inch thick felt pad coaster inside for extra absorption. They recommended maintaining them by cleaning occasionally and using some mineral oil on them which I plan on doing to keep them looking nice.I opted to add some rubber tubing pieces to the bottom of the coaster holder as added protection from any possible scratches to our table top. The pieces are 1-1/4 inch long and I cut a slit from end to end to allow slipping them over the metal rods of the holder. You can get the tubing on Amazon or your local hardware store rather cheaply. The outside diameter is 1/4 inch with a 0.17 inch inside diameter. I have added pics to my review. You want tubing that is rubbery feeling rather than a hard plastic feeling one for better protection.

The coasters are beautiful wood and perfect size for my needs .. except padding material that simulates cork stays wrinkly all the time .. they have never been wet because I use double wall cups, so it isn’t because of moisture .. all of them are that way ..
