Great to increase your speed
Using it for my 16-year-old daughter who is a shortstop in softball. Want to increase her lateral movement. Great quality and exactly as advertised.

The media could not be loaded. This agility ladder is awesome.I’ve used many in my past, buying the cheap ones and trying to save on money. With me teaching kids classes, the ladder tend to break quickly and / or keep moving from its place on the rope.So far, this one is my favorite. A lot more durable and the pieces (rungs) don’t move as easily. Which is great when you teach kids classes and they step on the ladder until they learn.The bag is nice and the two small balls are a fun addition.

Great product
I honestly wasn’t expecting much because I thought the price was too good to be true. It came on time in a little black bag. The ladder is great- easy to take out and use and easy to put away. It even has a little Velcro piece that you can wrap around the ladder so that it doesn’t come apart. My boys and I have already used it. It also came with several of the mini cones to use for workouts. In addition to a booklet that shows you different exercises, there was also two ebooks that came before the package arrived. Don’t shop anywhere else!! This is a must!

The Agility Ladder set is well constructed with quality fabrics and solid rungs. Its pretty easy to figure out how to unfold the speed ladder and adjust the rungs as desired. Price to quality and size, this things is the best. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good work out. Also comes with a nice carrying bag for easy storage and mobility.

Its addictive and fun!
I got the agility ladder because it looked like something that was fun while staying fit. Theres so many things you can do with it. And you'll find it hard to stop once you start. Im telling even your kids or partner, even the dog will use it Lol!!! The cones are bonus also and it comes with a bag so when your done you can put it away. Im happy with my purchase.
