Q: Will this fit the prasco albuterol sulfate hfa inhalation aerosol?

If your inhalers mouthpiece/opening is rectangular in shape, it will fit inside the spacer. If the opening is round, it definitely won’t fit. Please refer to the 3rd image in the listing for further reference.

Q: Do you have to use the facemask? Or can u put your mouth over the end?

Hi, thanks for your question. The face mask is optional. To use your spacer without the face mask, follow these instructions, 1. Remove the cap from your inhaler. Shake well. 2. Insert the inhaler into the open end of the chamber (opposite the mouthpiece). 3. Place the mouthpiece of the chamber between your teeth and seal your lips tightly around it. 4. Breathe out completely. 5. Press the canister once. 6. Breathe in slowly and completely through your mouth. 7. Hold your breath for 10 seconds (count to 10 slowly) to allow the medication to reach the airways of the lung. 8. Repeat the above steps for each puff ordered by your doctor. Wait about 1 minute in between puffs. 9. Replace the cap on your inhaler when finished.

Q: Will this fit my 8 year old?

Q: Does this work with the Asmanex HFA Aerosol medication?

If your medication comes in a standard metal atomizer, my guess is, it should fit into the plastic diffuser. This is my very first time using such an apparatus- it was very helpful to me. Best I can answer.
