Black Metal Danbury Garden Bridge - 8 ft. Double-Arched Rails and a Classic Slatted Walking Surface (93L x 28W x 29H in.) Assembly is Required

The packages (2) delivered by FedEx: had to help the driver carry the packages. The Chinese built bridge is sturdy and needed assembly which I did myself, but it is recommended to have two people do the work. Minor, barely noticeable misalignment in the center and on top handrails. The packages contained the exact number of bolts, washers and nuts. It would be nice to have couple of spares. However, one nut was damaged, which I have substituted. The instructions do not mention using WD-40 to lubricate the bolts and nuts, but it helps in assembly.

It was easy to assemble. I did it on my own but it would have been easier if I had followed the recommendation of using two people. I would have given a higher rating if I had received a factory fresh one. There was a lot of mud on the various components. Which cleaned off easily but I was suspicious I received a used one not new one. The price I paid was too high for a used one. Other than that it is exactly what I wanted and needed.

The pieces do not line up. Will probably have to return.

I love the look and is very well built. I highly recommend that you have two people to assemble. I did it by my self and it took about 1.5 hours only because you need an extra pair of hands. Some reviews say that the holes don't line up. Wrong....if you have ever worked with metal, you know how to tighten and lineup for assembly. I love the look and will decorate my landscaping with class.

Small but sturdy I put some no skid strips on it ( for RV steps) to avoid slipping- Looks bigger than it is- too of railing comes to just my knees ( vs expected hips) and I’m only 5’3”Actually could be dangerous to trip/ fall over railing on sides but it makes it easier to cross a ditch or creek

This is perfect for and area that need crossing from patio to back yard. Heavy, well built.Update. This is in rain, high heat temps and is still no rust and still solid. it does get hot in summer on bare feet. Bought a jute 8' runner rug to out on it. Not only is it unique good looking but works awesome.

It didn't lineup perfectly when assembled but not noticeable when erected overall.

Packaged well. Comes in 7 pieces which bolt together easily, especially with a friend. I am very pleased with this bridge. Get a can of rustolium matte black spray paint to touch up scratches-- which rust very quickly. Everyone that has seen it makes a comment about how nice it looks in the garden. It is a hit.
