It says that they are not returnable. Is this so if any number of them should be replaced because not functioning or defective???If it's so do u realize you are giving yourself a liscence to pass subpar or worthless torches. If some are found to b no good there should be accommodations for exchange at the very least, right????

I bought the same one at the gas station for 6 dollars

I was hopping for the neon colored torches not the normal ones.
