PX-S7000 Digital Piano - Black

I really REALLY like my new yellow piano!! I'd been saving for several years, and this piano has not disappointed me. The feel of the keys and sound can be customized and the user interface is super easy. I do think the speakers are maybe a bit under-powered, though a comfortable volume level for me is about 50% so it can get quite loud if you want. It's even better with a good headphone, it sounds fantastic. I really love the foot pedals which have hand-screw "anchors," and also the stand which makes the entire setup feel solid. You could conceivable remove the piano easily to transport it, but I intend this as my home piano. I'm very happy with this, and I bought the matching stool which really sets the whole thing off. BTW, although it has hundreds of sounds (voices) built-in, this is a "digital piano" more than a "keyboard."

This piano came in with a defect where all of the buttons and lights on the control panel would go off after about 30 seconds and not turn back on. I reached out to customer service they made me drive the piano over an hour and a half away to a repair center that has now had it for over a month and a half customer service won’t answer anything about what the repair center is doing they just say they don’t know what is going on and that they would have to have the repair center reach out directly but the repair center says that they have reached out and Casio customer service won’t pay them for the in warranty repair absolutely ridiculous to spend over $2000 for a keyboard and not have it for almost a month because of a factory defect. I’ll update once I get a resolution.

The piano is gorgeous. This is the first time I've purchased a piano solely for aesthetic reasons, and it's absolutely astonishing. However, the stool shown in all the promotional pictures from Casio is not included. What's even more disappointing is that it's not available in the US, but only on Japanese Amazon, where it costs over $500. I spent hours searching for a suitable bench that complements the piano's look on Amazon and Wayfair, but found nothing. Consequently, the piano's beautiful appearance is marred by a mismatched bench. This is very disappointing. Casio, this is a letdown!

Beautiful. Great feel, but stupid interface. Also, the speakers facing out the back is lame. My 15 year old previa had the speakers on the top, so it sounded crisp without having to be too loud. Also, no drums… ??? My old previa had super cool beats. The weighted keys are great. The looks and the feel of the keys are really the saving grace.

I love playing this instrument. And the styling of the instrument is amazing.

We have only had the keyboard for a few days, but it has already been played...a lot!! Sounds great!!

The speakers are small and to tinney. It does not have enough voltage on the output jacks to drive an amplified speaker through an RCA input. MIDI will not connect with and external speaker only another CASIO device. You are left with only the small tinny speakers. I like my older PX-310 much better. It dirves my amplifed speakers very well.

I just got it and I have to say wow! The color and feel of this piano are the best I’ve seen. It’s a statement when people see it. It’s a work of art and brings a room together in my opinion. I love that I can use it as a speaker when guests come over and play music. This is my first piano so I really can’t say if it plays better than others but I wouldn’t trade this for any other piano.
