Le curcuma est dur comme de la pierre, on dirait du plâtre teinté recouvert de curcuma en poudre est ce comestible? Si oui comment?

Ce produit est inconsommable, en inadéquation avec la présentation de la fiche produit : j'ai commandé des racines fraîches et ce que j'ai reçu est dur comme de la pierre. Dommage je ne peux même pas le renvoyer. Pas satisfait.

J’ai essayé de les cuire en mettant dans une soupe pour les ramollir mais impossible ni de les couper ou de les écraser on dirait une pierre un mangeable
