So, I had bought the soap because I enjoy the pomade and wanted to try out other Suavecito products. It’s a good quality soap that I feel is a good value for what it is. It smells like the pomade. I recommend these products

Good scent decent size bar of soap that lathers really well.

I had high hopes for this soap and I have been pleasantly surprised so far. The bar is nice and solid at 6 oz., has a great, unique smell and makes a really nice solid, creamy lather. It rinses really well with no hint of any residue that I can detect on my skin, which feels slightly moisturized after the shower. I don’t feel anything about the bar that is exfoliating, but I wasn’t expecting that so I don’t mind at all. I have never used the pomade so had really no idea how it would smell but dude, it is great. Almost like a combination of a smoky oak barrel with hints of warm, smooth vanilla and a well worn leather chair you’d find in a cigar lounge or barber shop. I’ve never smelled anything like it.When I first opened the package the aroma hit me and I was wondering if it might be too strong for the ladies in my house, but it’s not at all. They love it! The scent is full bodied and smooth without being overpowering at all. My kids tell me “you smell like a man”. I find it relaxingly masculine. Makes my morning commutes nicer just smelling the soap on myself for a bit.This soap really is good stuff. I enjoy using it on the shower. I think I’ll be trying the whiskey bar next. My favorite soap bar by far, better than soaps twice the cost.

This soap does kind of leave your skin feeling soft, the main reason I bought it was because the hair pomade smells amazing! I was under the impression the soap would have that great smell too.. Nope, can barely even smell it. It’s very faint.

I bought this for my teenage son as he now uses bar soaps. They are large enough to cut in half for use, but not necessary. Smells light, but really good. I will purchase again for him.
